It was a really comfortable experience. Many things to mention - everything was fairly clean, fresh food, exceptional views. The staff was accommodating, amicable, and everything was good. I liked my new-fashioned room, it was stocked. The hotel had a magnificent location right by Lyric.

The staff and location were amazing for us. Non-smoking hotel in a great area just next door to Times Square and the train. Also, it was nice for getting to Meatpacking District. We loved our just perfect stay and did not want to leave there.
